The hill section of Dubuque Street (near the South end) attracts a lot of litter and dumping. It is an eyesore especially in Spring. We, two neighbors living nearby, took matters in our own hands and picked up a whole SUV full of trash.
We also used the city’s SeeClickFix request management system to report the dumped tires and large items — they are on it.
