West Manchester Day was a great success, with especially the kids having loads of fun. The weather was perfect, and the new location at the George W Smith sports fields worked out great. Thank you to Friends of the Piscataquog River Park for helping us to make the best of the new venue.

We Heart West volunteers helped the Manchester Urban Ponds Restoration Program to clean up Blodget Park. The event was very well attended and a lot of trash was collected. We also made contact with Manchester Cleanups, another organization helping to clean up the greater Manchester — consider helping them to clean up your neighborhood.
